Delivery Policy

Order Processing and Delivery All orders are processed within 1 to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification, and delivery will take between 10 and 20 days.

Delivery Charges and Estimated Delivery Times The delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery Free local delivery is available for orders over £200.

International Delivery We offer international shipping worldwide. The delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at 📧 service@xylreiad.com with your name and order number, and we will check the status for you.

Note: The tracking number will be sent manually, or, if dispatched via Shopify, the tracking information will be sent automatically by Shopify.
